Notice of Damage or Defect must be sent to us within 7 days after delivery. It is important to us to be able to go to the shipment carrier or the manfacturer with problems as soon as possible.

Please note that damaged or defective parts on an item will be remedied promptly with a shipment of either new parts or an entire item depending on the severity of the situation. Please hold on to damaged items or parts until new parts are delivered or a carrier has returned to inspect the item. If your item is missing parts, those parts will be sent to you right away directly from the manufacturer. You may order parts directly from the manufacturer if you wish. StandsandMounts.com is an authorized dealer of every item on our website, and the manufacturers honor all warranties presented to them by our customers. Some manufacturers require photos of the outer packaging and the actual damage itself for the claims process.
