Chief's XL in-wall storage box includes Lever Lock™ plates that are compatible
with Middle Atlantic Products’ Forward Cable Management Solutions. It features:
- Multiple depth break away edge allows compatibility with standard 3.5"
stud and 2.5" stud bays (89 or 64 mm)
- Provides a larger, easy-to-organize space to accommodate AV equipment -
22" (559 mm) tall
- Pre- and post-construction installation options
- Knockouts for single gang outlets and 1-1/4", 1", and ½"
conduit
- Unmatched small device mounting flexibility built-in, with patented Lever
Lock™ plates
- Patented universal hole pattern simplifies mounting of small devices
- Includes PACL2 Lever Lock™ plates mountable at four different depths
in four different locations
- Allows for AV devices to be mounted in advance before terminating cables
on site
- PACL2 plate can be snapped in half to create two smaller sections
- Printable backplane template for planning purposes
- Additional PACL2 Lever Lock™ plates can be purchased separately for
even more mounting options
- Lever Lock™ plates are black zinc plated which allows them to be grounded
to the in-wall box via the spring-loaded lever for electrical safety
